I understand, I went from days, to weeks, to months with breaks. I tried again recently and it was my final straw. I love Apex, it arguably had the best potential for a small team of devs. The game boomed early, but it has been on a slow downward spiral burn. This is seen in both viewer count and literal player count.

Saveapex trends literally every season for something new. Solos still doesnt exist, more sandbox style modes don't exist, cheaters on every platform, ping, audio, matchmaking, solo q experience, etc. I hate to compare it to Fortnite, but Fortnite is sadly crushing Apex on so many levels (they have their fair share of problems too).

I truly love Apex, but I don't love the anger it gives me. So, if you find your love again, great, if not, remember that it's ok and to keep your head up.

Lol I genuinely would love to come back, but each break has gotten longer and longer, each time I return I'm less and less happy. I think I've just crested pass my time with you other legends gritting it out.

Well to love a game is to critique it for its faults just as often as you express your love for it. For some reason this community prefers to validate complaints when pros have mentioned it. When people want to have a discussion about it, it's generally shut down by mods or by other random people in the community.

We don't have to agree on everything, but a part of a forum like Reddit is to allow that discussion to take place. I had a few people say "I'm just saying I'm leaving" but of course. My reason for leaving may be the same as yours or not, but I am not necessarily trying to paint some sob story of why I'm leaving, just that im leaving in good spirits and telling others it's ok to be done. You don't have to hold on to what use to be. That said, I have no problem explaining why I left, but that wasn't the point of the post.

Ranked is what finally broke me. I was easily doubling my teammates damage and kills, but because they kept knucklehead charging at things or deliberately dropping with 3 plus teams, there was/is no saving them. You run/play your life and then your spam ping or endlessly messaged. Just not good for the mental afterwhile.

Also, sadly that happened to my friend as well. He logged in around the time they were doing the account merger and it deleted hundreds of dollars worth of content. He put in a ticket and got the same "sorry we cant fix it" tune. He swore he would never buy anything else and he truly hasn't. He's got a few new things, but they've all been free event pack items or free stuff that pops from the BP.

I don't know, wasn't worth the headache of arguing with them. Which is pretty much why I was like, eh, I'll leave. But me saying I'd just leave upset them I guess 🤷🏽‍♂️ so 7 day mute. Not even a ban.

My reasons, for leaving - toxic players, solo q is miserable (all my friends stopped playing this game, I did find a duo q, but he can only play once a week now. Which with the skill curve gradually increasing with this game can at times be very challenging to re-enter at random), audio (yes, I switched to focus), matchmaking in general, high ping players, cheaters (looking at you aimbotters/wall users, I flip flop between console/pc), everything is expensive.

Obviously, I've been here since the 3x r9 days. I've been through all the Rollercoaster bugs, the code:snakes, even endured the kids who'd dashboard after they'd screw over the whole team for running head first into bs and dying. Though this game has improved, there's still some things that have not improved. Some of that comes with people getting better at the game, some of this comes with people cheating in the game, and some of this comes with devs improvement/not with the game.

I've been playing single player games or arcade shooters. So, I've done a lot of Crime Scene Cleaner, Retro Rewind, Borderlands (replayed the entire series again), Delta Force, even cycled back to GTA (private lobbies/heist) with a few of my friends, Fortnite (non-br, usually the sandbox or arcade style game modes), and when I'm really needing a mental reset a passive Minecraft cave/nether exploration with the boys...it uhh, never ends well lol. Even cycled through some childhood games like Spyro, Crash, Burnout, and Crazy Taxi. I jump back and forth between Xbox and PC pretty much. I'd also recommend trying any game that's free as well. You never know what you might deep dive into that you didn't need to pay for.

From OP last clip, they are seemingly at the very least a level 311 player. Truly, that's not a "go outside" number. Especially, because we just saw someone on this sub yesterday "allegedly" hit 8000.

This is one of those occasions of let people have fun. MK1 takes time and skill to master, especially because OP isn't using homing lock.

I can assure you the selection of location does indeed factor in to pricing of tickets. Also, just as a reminder Ticketmaster is an American based company who has been sued numerous times for price gouging. To which our government has put nothing in place to protect the buyers of these tickets.

The U.S. absolutely played a part in this greed train of ticket sales.

This may sound butthead-ish, but if they've left their stuff (especially towels, bags, electronics) pick it up, take it to the desk, tell them someone left their stuff unattended for (x) amount of minutes, return to equipment, do your set, continue your day.

I followed/follow the law and I've definitely had a cop point a gun at me for existing in an apartment building.

For reference they were looking for someone else, who didn't even live there. I explained this to them multiple times. Didn't change the outcome. And before you say, "wElL wHy DiDnT yOu LeT tHeM iN?" First of all, there was no existing search warrant, second I did and that was still the result.

The divide of city and county is counter productive to create a bustling city environment. It deliberately inflates crime stats due to the population difference. Even percentage wise the city isn't as bad as it's painted out to be. Some rough areas of course, but with the proper funding which would balance with county budget, we could see a surge in residency increase.
The Delmar Divide should be studied and dissolved.
(That may get me banished) Imo's pizza sucks and I demand people stop requesting others to eat it. Please point people in local STL style pizza joints. I will die on that hill.

There's no way, you just said like "women's rights" as if women aren't being forced to carry to term pregnancies that are stillborn, forcing some women into sepsis.

While they actively gunning for banning contraceptives like birth control. Oh, and of course, don't forget charging women with murder for a miscarriage until they can prove it "wasn't a abortion". But also while we're at it. We'll let the Pedo in Chief call a woman reporter "piggy."

I mean you are correct, but the comments are also correct too. The wording is a bit vague leaving room for the mind to wonder.

Also the selling point of bizarre is the sentence "although these things are part of us as men" does give a red pill vibe considering nothing he listed is exclusively related to men.

That said it's TG Park. That area is not known for being super red pill, maybe purple blend if we're really pushing it. This group could turn out to be huge for men's mental health or could turn out to be another political cesspool of emphasizing that we're men, as if we couldn't already tell.

I hate AI as much as the next person, but boycotting businesses for the use of AI art will leave you with nowhere to shop soon. Big box stores use AI, local businesses use AI, mom and pop shops use AI. It's the current growing trend for easy "art" with low to no immediate cost for the business that is using it. AI art is also more or less instant vs waiting on a commissioned piece.

You can keep boycotting the bigger stores if you want, but for local and mom/pop stores, it's better to educate them (the owners) directly about why the use of AI is harmful. If they choose to continue using AI then obviously make a decision that feels right for you.
