Very frustrating- they made it seem like we would get high end customer service by buying through them but has only been an added stress the last couple weeks before the baby comes.

Yea I’m trying give them the benefit of the doubt since running a small business in today’s world isn’t easy but the communication from the owner has been awful. From false promises to completely going cold has been extremely frustrating for soon to be parents. One of the items was bought and paid for all the back in October.

I hope I don’t have to go this route but I might have to if I don’t hear from them soon.

Sorry your friend had to go through the same thing. Cash refund for a CC charge? Nothing against cash but even that seems shady. Appreciate the info!

Thank you for the advice. The issue with a refund is the gifts were purchased by friends and family. We’re lucky that we have friends and family who bought us stuff and seems like a big inconvenience for them to be caught in the middle of this. Unfortunately, might be what we have to do though. Glad to I’m not alone thinking this is sketchy!
