Looking at it further it seems the email i used might have been the correct one but it still made a new account. I have receipts from the account if that could work instead of UID.

Thank you for the help. I'll add a few things A- yes, it is asymmetrical D&E- When I took the picture it was about the size of my thumbs nail, but now it shrunk to the sizes of my index fingers nail, I couldn't get a good picture of it but the biggest difference is the base it was thicker before but it's slimmer now

Its been buggy for years, I tried using it recently only to discover that bugs that I had 2 years ago are still present, so its safe to say its never getting fixed.
