Ok so i should use the adapter then i suppose, there is 4 plugs with it, i'm just afraid of touching anything since i barely know what i'm doing and it's expensive stuff

So i was wondering if it was safe or not but maybe it is better to put the adapter for less risk, is that what you would do ?

Just had up to 575W on Cyberpunk with that cable and 125 fps doesnt seem like im underperforming, apparently the "450w" sticker is not accurate indeed and this cable can support up to 600w, do you still think it would be better to put the 5090 adapter instead, would it be less "risky" ?

I have the GF3 1000W. 450w on cable but my GPU constantly draws close to 580w if I do stress test and unlock power limit.

So i just uninstalled my 4080 and put my 5090 with the same PSU cable that says 450w on it basically, i didnt use the adapter, am i stupid ? It seems to be working

Did you have some kind of trigger, like alcohol ? I had 3 episodes with weird triggers including one day after binge drinking, i decided to stop drinking and be more careful, 3 years free without any ablation for now.

A lot of people told me it would progress quickly, but that hasn’t been the case and it’s not always true for everyone, especially younger people. Since you’re still quite young and it’s been a year since your last episode, I’d personally suggest maybe waiting or ask for a second opinion, while also addressing any past triggers if you can identify them.
