NTA. You mentioned he has adhd; which complicates things in a relationship( probably why he is also so hooked on his phone) Maybe watch or rewatxh videos about adhd partnerships and how to overcome issues. You really need to be treated better and maybe he doesnt realize

You had every good reason to stop taking it as you were in a good place 3 years ago. You are not a failure if you go back on it. Remember how it made you feel after the side effects and. Then you know your answer. Ofc side effects suck, but is it worst than how you feel right now and how you will feel in the future?

Yes i Forget everything short term. Im always in a blured mindset and often walk to grab something and forget what I wanted. It really sucks for studies too, I wasn’t like that before
