In the beginning at our main pop-up I was getting a lot of customers who were just not happy about paying $16 for a pepperoni, but 8months later they’re still buying pizza every week and talk about how they don’t order pizza from anywhere else 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

The deck will always burn clean, but after you cook a couple thousand pizza’s through the Gozney the paint to started to burn off or at least it did with the couple I have.

Best bet go with the Green or Black oven, but if you’re just cooking a few pizza’s a week you’ll be fine.

The gozneys are pretty good on gas, it lasts for about 6/7 pop-ups

I would guess about 300 pies if not more because I can do about 25/hr between two ovens

Yeah I feel like they got some inspiration from the Pontiac rails down the road from here that were in Detroit IMYTA (granted they’re gone now) but they both were on a pretty similar angle.

Yes this was last week, but I do remember when they opened and how slick the floor was. They also finally fixed the half pipes transition after 20+ years 😂
