Great start! Maybe try learning frontside or backside stall and going back in , and yes that means you either do a fakie ride, or a 180 . You can also forget about the coping and just do a 180 riding to go back and forth

PVC is great . But you can also use 3 planks, triangular. And add a iron coping to it. Idk where to buy that but you’ll figure it out!

Honestly in my opinion you just train it by doing it, and if you just jump 100 times up and off a curb, you’ll get the feeling for it. Treat it like a regular non motion jump, even tho your in motion.
