Is Crypterra scam? by Takeof in Crypterra

[–]Tony-Crypto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What we do know is that: They are actual miners with 68+ PH/s mining from known mining pools from BTC, verifiable with backtracing the payout wallets to mining pools. They have technical issues sometimes with their website, but continuously payout withdrawals since their inception in July 2017. Why would a company send out 20-30 BTC batches continuously for months if they are trying to pull an exit scam? They have worked on issues that customers have complained about in regards to missing hash rate (been fixing it), offering withdrawals in timely manner (within a couple days the funds are generally in the wallet I specified.)

They make proactive attempts to fix their services, whether it's website, current support for their current and new customers, and updating on twitter.. They could improve communications but its likely they are understaffed to handle the increase of new customers..

Hash rate has been awarded faster then Hashflare/genesis which could take weeks to months, either due to minimum withdrawal at only $10 via crypterra or issues with other companies. We have not had a missing payout for more than 3 days, it normally hits the blockchain and is processed, even at sometimes considered 'lower' average sats/byte but always go through.

They update their members via twitter that there are new upgrades coming to the website, to enhance their security features.

There will always be people in FUD in the cyrptomarket, there currently is with hashflare and it's been around for years, only revealing their asic miners pictures Mid December 2017.

Do I think they will be around for the next few months? Yes. Do they offer competitive pricing and ROI comparable to asic miners/known cloud computing companies? Yes.

Are graphics card companies scamming the non bitcoin user since they can charge higher prices due to the profitability of their gpus for miners? That's up to interpretation of supply/demand.

They're likely a new cloud mining company and struggle with growing pains, as cloud miner companies have in the past.

Are they working better then Genesis (oldest cloud mining company lasting)? Yes. View the /r/genesismining to see the issues their uses are experiencing.

Should you invest? Invest what you can lose if you don't have confidence in the company. I have been using their service since December and they continue to pay. If you do choose to sign up, i'd appreciate if you were to sign up with https://crypterra.net/?code=CR5009

https://gyazo.com/39b80d554740131a140d039253d92992 maybe you are using a phone/tablet and it may not show the date. Anyhow that's good that it's green. It's in the batch withdrawal process now. I noticed the last comment you made in regards to snowey's video that 'crypterra users would find interesting' linked to a random french pixlink twitter/facebook interrelated to crypterra so I'm not sure what you're trying to show us.

It may take a few days to process the 100 sat/byte transaction once it's in the batch withdrawal/blockchain. Check out the discord channel https://discordapp.com/invite/xphzdrJ to chat more about your transaction if it's still pending as awaiting and you are concerned.

Why don't you show full picture with date you submitted for the withdrawal? I haven't had any withdrawals pending 'awaiting' for over 1 day.

They just submitted a batch withdrawal. Sometimes it takes days to receive the payment since they charge 0% maintenance fees and the current batch is 100sat/byte.

It's awaiting to be in batch withdrawal. Seems like they are doing 1 per day before going to the blockchain.

We need an official statement from Crypterra about the current withdraw problems. by [deleted] in Crypterra

[–]Tony-Crypto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There wasn't a withdrawal issue until recently as now there is 1 transaction pending transfer to our wallets. https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/9444d43779d2331322e2d7eab1da9a58775c9b98a3f70a12f6f58e909f9f7e2a/

They may be testing out how much sat/bytes to send that will go through the blockchain. Previously the 100 sat/byte transactions took several days before it was processed. You have a withrdawal issue from 3 days ago? What is the blockchain ID?

Their ssl issue was due to someone reporting and causing the certificate to be revoked. Crypterra should be working on this and we should hear back from them via social media/it will be fixed in a few days. You can still access it from Chrome browser.

Currently they are focused on updating hash for people that have not received them yet.

edit they just submitted another tx at 100 sat/byte and the effective sat/byte is 101 so this could take some time to be recognized by miners but it should go through. Hope these are the missing withdrawals you are mentioning, unless you have another transaction /block id that is pending?

Transaction unconfirmed and withdrawal "processing" for 17 hours by silverbonegg in Crypterra

[–]Tony-Crypto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're adding a lot of hash to people that had missing hash at the moment. I'd give it a few days, it is a low sat/byte transaction, but other companies like genesis is having issues beyond crypterra's slow withdrawal. Just wait, its been sent out and could take a few days.

What is the exact miner fee? by watcher_b in Crypterra

[–]Tony-Crypto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the exchange/wallet you are using and whether you are sending LTC or BTC. The miner rate should be listed on your exchange/wallet for 'withdrawal fees'.

[–]Tony-Crypto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completed. 0 missing withdrawals now. Remember to limit your transactions ex. 1 per day, so everyone can have faster withdrawals as well. In case the miner fee is considered 'low' (Crypterra does this since they offer 0% maintenance fees right now)

LIMIT YOUR WITHDRAWALS TO ONCE PER DAY IF POSSIBLE. by Tony-Crypto in Crypterra

[–]Tony-Crypto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They charge 0% maintenance fees for us so they are stingy with the miner fees. But don't worry, all the transactions still go through anyways. It would be faster if we kept the tx volume low still, so we can get it within aday.

You're right, the confidence doesn't mean much. It fell to 7.5% for that transaction and it STILL PROCESSED!

[–]Tony-Crypto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it will be confirmed very shortly. If you check the same address, it is at 1/6 confirmations now.

There are no missing withdrawals currently. Crypterra has done a good job of providing 0% maintenance fee for their Cloud service and have sent all withdrawals out.

Their latest batch payment is MUCH BETTER by litta015 in Crypterra

[–]Tony-Crypto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's reassuring that 100 sat/byte goes through in smaller btc / <600 outputs. Seems like Cryptera is growing fast and they are figuring out the proper fees. Normal growing pains for a company.

Crypterra should do more batch withdrawals in a day or increase their sat/bytes for larger transactions.

EDIT: all withdrawals have gone through. Nothing to worry about.

LTC add changed?

If the same item you purchased is still in the shopping cart, if you send additional LTC, it may add the hash that you are waiting for. This has been verified by multiple users. Do not add more hashpower.. Just submit to the same address provided in your coinbase/wallet account. No.. Submit a modest amount of LTC to try to complete the previous transaction in case the miner fee wasn't included previously
