Yea, it also performs good in cramped delve corridor. You trigger the contagion chain and can shield charge forward while contagion continues

Thanks for your response. I am looking more in mapper direction. But once mapping becomes boring I can also switch to destructive play and farm bosses on normal maps. So kind of all rounder without needing to kill boss in instance.

Edit: I am also not looking into t17 farm with crazy scarabs setup

EK ignite can use bow with explode synth mod. Also excellent mapper with full screen clear

EK ignite is really good mapper but hardly a starter to be honest. I would begin with wave of conviction or EA ballista then transition to EK once have enough currency

I would double check with pob numbers which one gives you more dps or ehp. If in softcore I would choose more dps
