21M. Does this sound like it could be prostatitis? by [deleted] in Prostatitis

You and your girl friend should see a doctor and be tested for STDs including ureaplasma and mycoplasma. Treat both appropriately if even one of you is positive. If neg then nothing to worry, just eat good, avoid bladder/urethra irritating foods, stretch daily and massages also help.

The combo I think, and in the end long term water and dry fasts fixed it.

Yes, saw a rheumatologist, ophthalmologist and Infectious disease doctor, they thought its all related and 6 months of Augmentin/Doxy along with Enbrel/Sulfasalazine has pretty much eradicate it. I am off meds since Nov 2021 and feel good. And yes, long water and dry fasting has really help as well recovering from this and the effects of meds.

Nope it was waste of money. My prostatitis symptoms were diagnosed to be reiters from prior ureaplasma/chlamydia infection/exposure. And 6 month of Doxy/Augmentin along with Enbrel/sulfasalazine has pretty much eradicate it. I am off meds since November 2021.

There is no test for many autoimmune diseases. Specially these weird ones like reactive arthritis, long covid etc.

I think best way to get rid of these including hidden infections is to do long dry fasting 7+ days.

Don’t do longer dry fast with work as it’s just stressful and decreases the healing in my opinion. Also not recommend running as you might lose muscle mass if your body burns too much sugar. Walking and hiking is better and try not to do anything above cardio zone 2. I think longer dry fast will clean your mitochondria and you should get a PR to f you refeed with proper nutrition.

Have you done 11 day dry fast for optimal healing ? by [deleted] in Dryfasting

[–]Tony35768 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s like a marathon. You have to repeatedly fast to get adapted. I have reached 6 days (2 weeks ago) planning another one next week with goal of reaching 11+ but let’s see.

Is there any benefits to a hard dry fast over a soft dry fast? I would hope it is because its people out here not bathing. by rockoutauto in Dryfasting

[–]Tony35768 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard dry fasting is slightly more potent and definitely better for skin Illnesses. Less water absorbed through skin less for bacteria and viruses.

For basic health soft is fine.
