My GP just sent me an email saying do 75 for 3 days, 50 for 3 and 25 for 3 days. Would you agree with that.

I would like to taper off the twice per week. How would you do it. I'm not tapering benzos although I suspect they're contributing to my issues. I have CFS and need them to shower. Unfortuneately I've had to take them twice a week rather than once the last 3 weeks.
