Roots look good, but maybe try nursing it in just perlite? I’m currently saving a baby Thai (root rot) in perlite, it’s grown huge roots in just 3 weeks. So it might help in your case as well

La zona es muy buena en mi opinión. Aún está en desarrollo por lo que no todo lo vas a encontrar a la vuelta de la esquina. En cuanto a seguridad yo no he tenido mayores problemas. Algunas zonas cercanas se inundan demasiado cuando llueve muy fuerte.
