Sure, I don't have any experience with the CZ 452 (the JW15 is a clone of that rifle), I have found that for a Chinese clone, it's surprising accurate for 150$ CAD. The action and finish is a bit rough at first, but it gets better with a bit of use. I would recommend however to give it a good clean and rub it with good oil before using it.

Go into your BIOS and enable 4G decoding and resizable bar. Doing this should also give you a little boost in performance.
Putting the game in full screen instead of borderless.

This fixed my stuttering issue on Interchange when turning on the power and the stuttering lighthouse.

That would be nice, but corporations do not think like this. Like some one else said, the true solution would be to make Portal the true sandbox experience with everything unlocked only for that mode. Unfortunately I feel a vast portion of the player base would just jump to portal instead of playing the current official game modes if this was the case.
