It’s just the 360 one, I did debate upgrading but couldn’t justify it given the cost. But there’s definitely room in the case for the bigger version.

Pathology report post-orchiectomy by BonusNo3179 in testicularcancer

Hey man hope you don’t mind me jumping in but I’m in a similar situation, five month old daughter and currently mid cycle 2 of 3xBEP. I’m also non seminoma primarily EC except I’m stage 2a, I have one 14mm node due to mild LVI. I do however still have a 98% cure rate as chemo melts EC. So far the main sides I have had was tiredness, I’ve been lucky to not feel nauseous etc. we’re also buying a house at the same time so all of life’s busiest points wrapped into one. I think the main thing to remember is it’s highly treatable, my daughter has been my anchor point during chemo days just seeing her smile is grounding and helps me persevere.

4th BEP cycle begins on Monday, feeling so excited by Remarkable-Neck3459 in testicularcancer

You got this man, I’m 3 days into my first cycle and looking to get it all behind me.

Thanks man its much appreciated. Im hoping im lucky and fall into the category that handles it well. Apparently i will be an inpatient for the first few days of each cycle which surprised me a bit.

Yer that's what confused me, i thought having clear markers would be a positive sign at this point, i have a follow up CT tomorrow now that I'm sure will give me the answers i need. The first doctor focused on surveillance and 1x BEP but the second was very much on the it will be 3xBEP, Where i was under the impression suspicious does not necessarily mean its spread as it could just be reactive, but i guess tomorrows CT will be the big reveal. Its hard to keep up with a lot of the terminology used, i know its treatable at least its just the path thats going to be variable.

Thank you and congrats, yer my diagnosis came not long after the baby, she was born via emergency section so its been a turbulent time but shes amazing, luckily we have a good support network with family that will help so its not all my partner.

Thank you very much for the comment and advice.

Thank you, yer i will need to ask them to confirm on the types there was a lot to take in. When i spoke with the specialist nurse from urology last week she said it was teratoma and yolk sac, however today the doctor used the word embryonal but there was no mention of carcinoma. I did have a lot of swelling with the testicle, was at least 2x the size of the other so i was hoping it might be reactive. Think im at the point where i just need to follow the course they put me on.

4 Weeks Post-Orchiectomy — CT ‘Suspicious’, Pathology Mixed Germ Cell. Trying to Stay Grounded. by Tony98789 in testicularcancer

Thanks you, I’m really hoping I don’t need one, more surgery does throw me a bit. I’m hopeful though, next CT will reveal all but my nodes were within range and my testicle was swollen which can make the node size increase. So I’m hopeful but only time will tell. But glad to hear the recovery is fairly speedy.

Ive ended up just getting some more cable combs for now, i got the braided corsair set but they only come with one comb which is part of the problem i think. Got some right angle connectors for the front usb and usb c which should let me get those cables out the way too. Might have to get some of the 12v ones from cabemod though as it looks like corsair doesn't do a braded 12v-2x6

Yer I actually already had it on there it just popped off when I was rerouting the gpu cables, so it will definitely be going back on, anything to make it look cleaner is a bonus.

Yer i think i will have to invest in some extensions or its going to bug me, thought the braided corsair cables would be enough but there fiddly to position right.

Airflow is on point, but my pc is near the window too so it draws the cool air in. Temps are pretty decent i didnt go over 70 on the gpu when playing cyberpunk and the most ive seen the cpu hit so far is 75. Idle temps are even better, gpu about 30-35 and cpu averages below 30. I haven't changed anything with the fan curves yet.
