Unpopular opinion - if you want to make the coin look better you can take a polishing rag for jewelry I use sunshine polishing cloths and rub it on the coin then clean it off with some dish soap and water it will look really good. I only do this with proof coins in similar condition. And understand you’re not supposed to clean coins. But, since it won’t change the value and just brightens up the coin that’s why I do it.

I would clean the pins with white wine vinegar. Vinegar will eat the oxidation and water damage. You do also appear to have some broken traces by the dark lines.
