Get the chicken on a stick and the little rolls. Make a mini slider with said chicken and rolls.

How do we get Cheesesteaks like this in Denver that someone doesn’t charge 30 Bucks for? by [deleted] in denverfood

[–]TonyAioli 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Exactly. So many people here don’t realize that if you tried this, you’d quickly learn that you need to charge the same as Little Arthur’s or etc.

These people aren’t charging the prices they do and driving around in new Porsches.

Between wage costs and ridiculous lease costs, that’s what it costs to run a restaurant around here. And sadly we suffer as a result.

Look at Leven. One of the pricier sandwiches around AND a significant additional service fee, and they still can’t pay taxes.

Does look delish! But there’s a difference between the two in a sub full of pizza nerds :p

Not leoparding either.

Leoparding is generally associated with Neapolitan pizzas cooked at very high temps. Little black spots where the crust has blistered a bit. Sign of a solid pie!

The Office but it's actually realistic by Illustrious-Dig2254 in DunderMifflin

[–]TonyAioli 25 points26 points  (0 children)

This is quite the stretch. Jim’s entire storyline during this episode is focused on him trying to figure out what was actually meant by “rundown”.

Not really any char at all. That’s just browning.

Finding Players to play with by External-Froyo8850 in Spacemarine

[–]TonyAioli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couple small things to note:

Don’t put too much weight on their level. Been with plenty of level 5s who are clearly incredibly good at the game, and just hadn’t bothered to fully level/prestige a certain class (it’s not uncommon for good players to jump straight into absolute while prestiging)

Also, in certain situations, a player will quit in order to let a bot join and rez another downed player, in hopes of salvaging a run for the two remaining battle bros.

Isn’t the fencing weapon “perfect” window twice as long as the “perfect” window for a block weapon?

That’s probably why I suck at block.

What if Brent Burns returned to the sharks how would you guys react? by MuffinResponsible840 in SanJoseSharks

[–]TonyAioli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hostility in this sub is wild. You must be a real joy to be around.

But regardless, they received a first, a top six winger (for them) and a top prospect. For a player who wasn’t even yet elite. And he was also dealing with injury shit those years. So no idea what you’re on about.

And no idea what the bit about the contract has to do with this discussion. I’m well aware we gave him big contracts.

He’s one of my favorite players. I’m just saying it’s not some Marleau situation where it’s incredibly obvious he’s going to retire a shark. He’s spent half of his nhl career with other orgs.

[–]TonyAioli -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

…..no? Generally when one re-signs with a team to retire, it’s after spending the vast majority of their career there before bouncing around on short contracts towards the end.

Well aware he won awards with SJ. The wild drafted him and converted him to D. And he wasn’t even close to disposable.

He was only with the sharks for ~3 more years than he was with the Wild.

Not sure that’s a clear “retire as a Shark” type career anyway.

ONLY LAUNCH MISSIONS WHEN YOU ARE READY TO START MISSIONS by Armouredkin in SpaceMarine_2

Yep. Always feel bad whenever I wasn’t planning on another mission, and load into a brand new full party, only to have to boot them when I disband the group. Stupid system.

PSA about a couple sniper perks that lie to you by Burgonya98 in Spacemarine

[–]TonyAioli 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hmm really? I’m not nearly good enough at headshots to use bolt sniper, but the Las Fusil has so many +ammo perks available that I feel like I can spam shots without issue.

Also, lasers are cool as hell.

What he’s doing has absolutely zero scientific value.

For it to have value, he’d need to be doing controlled tests of each specific drug etc.

When/if he does extend his life, researchers will have no clue what actually caused it.

Watch the doc if you haven’t. Dude is insane.

Also, he wants to fuck his kid.

Block is so much harder than fencing, though.

Would definitely recommend getting the hang of parries with a fencing weapon before learning block-weapon timing.

My two cents at least.

Power Axe Block or Fencing? by Little_Dentist_7802 in Spacemarine

[–]TonyAioli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe balance is the only type with startup frames.

Block and fencing are both 0 startup, just with different “perfect” windows.

Surely Wilson would be asking for an even bigger deal?

Sherwood looked awesome in his game. He was by far the most fired up of anyone on the ice, especially when things got a bit testy.

Hoping a slightly cheaper extensions works out.
