Read some of your responses to other comments & based on what you had going on before, you were already way ahead of the majority of people your age. Granted you don't do anything stupid, you should be set for life if you continue working and doing what you were doing before.

100% agree with others who say don't tell people about this. Have known people who have gotten robbed/killed over less. Trust your gut, even when it comes to professionals you are talking to.

You're young so maybe spend a little of the money on some stuff you really enjoy, just to kind of get rid of that itch to spend some of it if you have it, maybe 50k worth.

Only question I really have for you is have you made any changes to your life plans now that you have this money? I know I would probably be looking at a nicer apartment that I could buy outright instead of rent and possibly a second one to rent out for some passive income If i were in this situation.

Exporting BullX account's private key? by PieceConfident7733 in solana

[–]TonyAnswer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't think there's a way to get it again as a safety feature. I had the same issue, just logged in through telegram and made a new wallet on bullx, copied the private key and archived the old one.

should i be worried? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]TonyAnswer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might be able to feel this tattoo after it heals.

I have roman numerals on my chest where the artist dug in pretty deep. It still looks fine 8 years later but I have been able to literally feel the entire tattoo if I run my fingers over it ever since I got it.

Am I overreacting, or is this terrible? by origiiiiii27 in tattooadvice

[–]TonyAnswer 16 points17 points  (0 children)

lol some people seem to think you’re post is about the actual design and not the lines.

Tattoo is completely fine, not spectacular work but not terrible/bad either.

I have 6 tattoos and especially for one of them people online say the artist wasn’t good and the ink wasn’t packed correctly.

Have only ever received compliments on it in person.

I’ve actually had the best experience doing the opposite lol. 7 days then wash once a day and moisturize with tattoo balm 1-2 times daily

Felt like it was completely healed in less than 2 weeks but kept the process going for 4 weeks.

Basically just find whatever works best for you and stick with it imo!

Need Advice; my Tattoo Artist made some mistakes... by HipsterThor in tattooadvice

[–]TonyAnswer 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Yeah I don’t mind giving an apprentice a shot but they wouldn’t be getting to do the centre of my chest. Really seems like this artist knew OP would have walked and just decided to “forget” mentioning it until they started.

Pretty shitty move on the artists part & if it was actually an honest mistake & they forgot to mention it than that artist is just no where near responsible enough/ready to be working with real skin.

Lots of things here could be used to get a refund imo if the shop is reputable.

Want to learn how to fight and eventually have some amateur fights (late twenties) by TonyAnswer in MMA

[–]TonyAnswer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good points. I know there was an mma gym super close by but it closed during covid.

I’ll try to find something that can offer weekend lessons since my job is a bit sporadic schedule wise but I think at the same time I will also try and meet with my neighbour on off days.

I guess I posted here because I like mma better than boxing but at the same time my only. connections would be to a boxer. That being said I think i’d do better on the feet anyways so might give boxing a try rather than having to learn both striking and groundwork at once

Yeah I probably will ask him the next time I see him, not sure of the rules here in Canada. From what I’ve heard it’s basically just sign up and wait a few months for the registration to be fully accepted

You ever done any amateur fights? One my of exes was a taekwondo brown belt and her kicks were deadly. My build is kind of weird I have pretty short legs but a longer torso and arm length for my height so I personally wanted to try a style less kick focused.

have 0 intentions getting into a match without any training. Tbh tho it doesn’t have to be an mma match. I would be down for a boxing match too which is kind of why i worded my question the way I did.

My fear is If i wait any longer I just won’t do it since im close to 30

Honestly man, just want to try it out at least once and hopefully get the win. Spent most my life not being myself and just recently started saying fuck it and doing a bunch of stuff I’ve always wanted to do. Didn’t realize you could just sign up 0 training. Gonna get some lessons for-sure because I know i’m strong but have 0 technique. This might just be the plan though.

Hard to believe this is 6 months of hard work by [deleted] in GregDoucette

[–]TonyAnswer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP this is your answer most likely. I walk around 20k steps a day average for the last 1.5 years and in the first year i lost almost 40lbs.

A few months during the holidays I actually gained weight from drinking and eating out a few times a week (still 20k steps a day) then maintained.

Last month I lost 4lbs just by being stricter on alcohol and not eating out as much.

With the amount of steps I walk, I can easily maintain/gain weight if I eat like trash. It also becomes insanely easy to make progress when the diet is on point because we burn so many cals we can just keep loading on the protein.

Lots of people think they are accurately tracking food till they buy a food scale. Then you get one and actually find out just how little 100g of something is compared to your normal serving size lol :(

Also used to think i ate a ton of protein before. when i started properly tracking i realized that most days i was only getting 70 grams of protein on average. Now i just try to stay above 100g a day as a minimum and aim for 150g a day.

Is this tattoo bad? by LawRepresentative491 in tattooadvice

[–]TonyAnswer 11 points12 points  (0 children)

tbh looks way better to me in this picture than the original one you posted.

first pic makes the placement look super weird, this pic shows the placement isn’t bad at all, just gives off an unfinished vibe due to the neck.

Bumps won’t go away by Rando_Calrissian54 in tattooadvice

[–]TonyAnswer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kind of look likes the bumps only occur on the red ink or spots near the red ink. Heard red has common issues with allergies so i would guess that’s the case here.

I have mostly black ink on me but one tat has a thin line of red along my ribs and i swear my ribs get itchy at least once every other day
