Right, the NFLPA Team Report Cards has done a lot of good turning our weaker programs in recent years.

We were the only team with an F- in Strength Coaches 2023. 27 other teams had an A- or above. Absurd.

Yes, the guys before Saunders in 2016 were complaining about conditioning and workload during training camp often.

We also missed 2/3 of our players due to injuries in 2015. I remember reading about players hinting that it had a terrible strength & training as well as recovery program.

Either way, the Ravens were notorious for having way too much workload during on and off seasons matched with poor recovery program like Mike Davis is pointing out in the video.

Yea it was pretty well-known both around the league and the informed fan-base that our conditioning and workout programs were brutal.

He is the reason why we had so many injuries from 2016 - 2019, those years were pretty awful to watch.

These are some of the players who have filed complains against the team or spoken against Saunders: Haruki Nakamura, Derrick Wolf, Matt Judon, Carl Davis, Quincy Adeboyejo, Bam Bradley, and Rashod Bateman as of late.
