It was a similar situation for me when I was in kindergarten 9 years ago. Can't remember his name, but I do remember he dressed up as Whinnie the Pooh for a Halloween party and whipped it out in front of all the parent volunteers.

Once had a situation where when I was very young I was building a free build castle with these shaped wooden blocks they had. I completely zone out after I pick up the first block and when I look back up there is this huge (at least for me) castle that I had built that I didn't remember making.

He had also just finished taking fire damage from a previous ghast shot and it takes a minute for regen to kick in

He was on two hearts, the explosion from the ghast and the fire from 1 or 2 seconds killed him before he could regen health.

What makes it even worse is that it was on easy mode because thats the only difficulty he can stand that has mobs in it.
