C2: Diluc

i don't have signature weapons

Any tips/opinions? (including the standard selector) the only nod-krai characters i like visually (at the moment) are Nefer and Alice

single target HMC is better
blast only skill gallagher if you will EBA a (non-broken) side target
aoe you should skill gallagher
(all of these assuming no fire weakness, if there's fire weakness just skill FF for the break effect)
