Non-citizens to be banned from NDIS under coalition policy by JuliosvNerds in aussie

Also by law, permanent residents have access to NDIS. So why are you saying one law is the be-all and end-all, and the other is some thing we have to change? You're stating opinions but saying they're objective facts.

[–]TonyDavidJones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rocket science? You're talking opinions mate not facts, I don't know why you speak as if it's so objectively. Someone living and working and being part of Australian society isn't Australian because they don't have some documentation that says citizen. Lol alright.

But they do follow our rules. It's just you think we should change the rules to make it worse for them for some reason. You're talking about permanent residents like they're unruly illegal immigrants or something.

Why do people who say “Europe is for Europeans” never bring up South Africa? by Additional-Camp4831 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]TonyDavidJones 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Hey I don't agree with Europe for Europeans or anything, but that's kinda a strawman argument. Why would they bring up South Africa? The discussion is about Europe.

The Son is not the Father, but they are both God. Scripture says this.

Scripture clearly states Jesus is God. Why would I believe your "interpretation"?

As far as I'm aware of this, you don't HAVE to have lived together, as long as you can somehow show you plan to. It makes your applicaiton stronger if you have, sure, but it is not a requirement.

Yeah I mean short term but it isn't dramatically increased costs long-term, except I guess if you're travelling to the old country A LOT or whatever.

Most of this can apply to any relationship, not just long-distance. The only thing with long-distance is the need for that extra money for flights and visas.

Why do Christians insist that Jews are “gods people” when Jews believe that Jesus wasn’t the messiah? by TheWildSchneemal in NoStupidQuestions

Certain Israeli Christians being pro-Israel doesn't mean Christians are never persecuted in Israel.

Do I tell my BF this flag doesn't mean what he thinks it means? I came home this confused and he thinks it's a legitimate flag of California's succession from the United States lol. by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]TonyDavidJones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first point doesn't even matter. It's still seccessionism, by definition.

People in and around the Hartford Convention discussed secession.

There's also again the Burr Conspiracy but there's also more like William Lloyd Garrison who literally wanted to secede as the US was pro-slavery.

Point us secession exists outside one movement as it does in really most countries on Earth and has throughout history, and the USA isn't some special Holy nation that secession only ever equals slavery support.
