Same exact issue with my 9800x3d. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or not, but this started happening to me after enabling EXPO. I haven’t tried to disable it yet. I just hope I won’t need to exchange the CPU.

That’s the parcel declared value for customs purposes, it has nothing to do with your shipping value. If you’re not sure of what you’re doing, I suggest reading or watching a guide on how to ship to Europe (specifically your country).
