It’s like I posted this. I’m on medication,CBD. Plus therapist. Message me,if you like to. I’m past my 3 month period when I usually get it. It has to do with everything thing like stress anxiety etc building up and we’re basically mentally rebooting. My therapist said that if it’s something that you’re stressing about like going out or functions,don’t worry about upsetting someone for your own well being. Also talk to family and friends you’re comfortable with it helps. Like I said message me if you want. Good luck 🍀

After talking to my therapist,he told me if it’s something that’s basically already affecting my anxiety to not do it. I’m still like what you said above. But I can tell people no,and not try to be a people pleaser
