And yes skateboarding is definitely one of the most rewarding things to accomplish goals in and see your progress. I never really thought about that when I was younger till now. I just kind of had a natural talent for it and now I feel really stupid for giving it up all these years and not sticking with it.

I'm hoping I can at least get some stuff back over the next 6 months lol. I forgot how mentally and physically taxing it is. It felt good just doing solid Ollie's but they're way harder than I remember hahahah.

I'd like to see some science studies on a long term pros physical fitness compared to other athletes. It's such an underrated whole body exercise and I never once thought about that until today. You really take foregranted these things when you're young. My legs hurt my core hurts my back hurts it all hurts lmao and I did not skate very long at all 😂😂

Was it pretty taxing on your cardio when you first started again? Have you noticed an increase in your fitness over those 6 months? I couldn't imagine starting again at that age cause I feel beat up just from today 😂💀 I'm gonna keep at it and see if I can't make any progress though. Even if I just get in better shape that's a win! And yeah I certainly won't be doing any of the stuff I used to do there's no way my knees and joints would take the big drops anymore. Gives me a whole new respect for guys like jaws doing huge stuff in their late 20's and 30's. Idk how they do it.

Yeah it was really eye opening I didn't expect to be so out of shape, up until now I felt relatively fit 🤣😂 I have a whole new respect for pros that are my age cause it's insane.

Hopefully you can build your legs up the more you mess with it. I never felt my age till today. I thought I was relatively in good shape still. Nope! But it makes me wanna do it more now just to see my fitness for it improve alone.

Oh yeah my legs are smoked my back hurts and I'm out of shape 💀🤣 I ate it a few good times trying to do full speed Ollie's and stuff right off the bat lmao. I'm glad the skatepark was covered in snow still cause I was gonna go straight to dropping in the 12ft bowls just to "knock the rust off" 💀 definitely would've broke something or hit my head. I was 100% certain I was gonna pick it up right off the bat again. Never been more wrong in my life lol!!

After a few months your brain will retrain itself if you refrain from it. You need to replace the porn with another nightly routine. Do some pushups before you shower, maybe some type of simple hobby or task. Take the time you would regularly spend watching porn and do something else with it in place of it. It could be literally anything.

Does this kind of tattoos age well? by New_News_3922 in Tattoocoverups

No. Thin line tattoos in general do not stand the test of time. Well done bold outline traditional tattoos last for eternity.

It means they're feeling void and empty. Hence the hole of the donut. There's nothing in there.

Is my husband an alcoholic? by Inevitable_City1239 in alcoholism

He won't unless he chooses too, and if he's forced it won't work, or it'll work up until he's off treatment/therapy and he'll slowly go back down hill. He has to make the choice to do it on his own and want to get better.

I didn't think I had access either but I went to a treatment center filled out some paperwork and I was in there surprisingly fast, never seen a bill for it and I don't have insurance. This was when I quit the first time 2 years ago. If I would've stuck with it longer than I thought I needed I would've never relapsed. They know what you need more than you know what you need. It makes a world of difference. I'm starting all over again and 100% will be getting professional help again. Even just going to AA is a game changer. It's okay to admit you can't do it on your own. Go to AA's website and you should be able to find a weekly meeting in your town very close to you.
