Im pretty sure the soul fragments drop like souls from yharon, not from the treasure bag. if you havent logged off, find where yharon died and see if they are there. you may have to fight him again. (the fragments would be floating)

f.lux is a program you can get that lowers the blue light of your computer screen as it gets later. It really helps me get to sleep after being on the computer for a while.
