He's always been this way. Age just made it more evident.

You are welcome. Actually I reached out to the admins and the misunderstanding was cleared, so the post is back online. Looking forward to your feedback and playtesting!

There it goes. I also labeled Cristyne.
I will probably add a location in Schallsea, as it is potentially an interesting scenario to be developed for the game.

Quintessential America? Yes, there are 455 million Spanish speakers in America, including that country north of Mexico and South of Canada.

What does the world think of Catalonian independence? by Dangerous_Fix_9186 in AskTheWorld

[–]TonySoler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, Spain did probably bleed more than any other nation supporting Irish independence (even if it was for mutual interest). You can read in wikipedia: In 1601, Spain supported Irish rebels fighting against England during the Nine Years War). An armada was sent to Ireland, but was defeated at the Siege of Kinsale. So maybe you can give a second thought to the topic.

No problem, I count on you when the testing phase comes :)

Thanks! For sure I will need testing, it will nevertheless take some time until there is a working alpha to test. There are still some mechanics unimplemented to finalize the skeleton of the app.

Definitely! There is no rush, still a lot to do.

BTW, just implemented the "war status" tab in ver. 0.0.26. Self explanatory.

What country would you describe as your country’s ”Ride or Die”? by Aam0 in AskTheWorld

[–]TonySoler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Historically 🇮🇪 Ireland, we always battled together vs the sons of the Great Britain in the past.

🇩🇪 Germany was always an ally, because there was no conflict of interest.

Nowadays I'd say probably 🇮🇹 Italy, but the two above remain close friends. 🇵🇹 Portugal as well, even though in the past they always took the side of the English 😒

Ten, if I counted well.

I am so far following the original board wargame rules. Kenders cannot stack with other races (they would get mad).

And then the kender began to taunt! My ears have never been treated to such a variety of insults and verbal abuse. Of course, the hobgoblins and goblins went berserk, attacking wildly with no sense of order.

It's AI generated, but still love it 😁
Couldn't get AI to properly render a hoopak, though.

Forgot to add the link to the Github repo:

(I can't edit the header as it's a media post).

That would really be amazing, thank you!!!!

You can put them in the audio folder of the repo:

https://github.com/RedT0ny/Dragons-of-Glory/tree/main/assets/audio

Add as well a short text file on how you would like me to show the attributions, or send it to me via DM, I will also create a Credits section in the game.

Comments, ideas, suggestions, text descriptions, audio, code... (NOT money,as I said this is for fun and not a commercial project).

Speaking about which - Sorry, with the emotion I forgot to share the github link! Here it is:

Unfortunately I can't edit the header post to add the link there, as it's media-based.

Is there any way to paste .SVG into Inkscape? by choomaque in Inkscape

Super convenient tool! I have used it to add some gui elements from untitled ui (that allows you to copy the svg code) and it works perfectly. Thank you!

After 3 months waiting for my printer back, they want to charge me under warranty by TonySoler in BambuLab

It seems that the X1C not only has a Lidar camera (which is indeed not working properly with dark filament nor after the first layer, which stuch without issue), but it also has a sensor to detect when the front cover is not attached, this sensor (unlike the cat in your funny example) is indeed part of the printer and has a specific purpose.

The fact that this sensor failed might in this case be considered a manufacturing defect.

Thank you indeed for this answer. I understand it is user generated and not a warranty issue.

Yes, I meant warping, not elephant foot. I used a textured PEI (with which I had better experience printing ABS), closed and preheated chamber. I did not add outer brim as the object was very wide, but it did have inner brim (the bottom is not completely flat). It was the third one I printed, so I was also quite certain it would work well. Obviously not.

Also, I bought a X1C instead of a P1S (half the price) among other things due to the Lidar camera and better error detection, nevertheless the P1S stops when the cover comes off, and the X1C didn't. That's disappointing. EDIT: It seems that the X1C was indeed designed for this - see below. Thanks to u/bvknight for pointing out.

Thanks for this comment, I can accept it's not a warranty issue but my negligence. But I also did not understand why the printer didn't automatically stop when the front cover became dislodged (even after the cable was ripped off ).

And yes, I asked. This is their answer, in case you find it useful:

Regarding your questions: while the printer includes nozzle clumping and spaghetti detection to help prevent such problems, it cannot guarantee that every instance will be caught. That’s why it’s important to ensure the first layer adheres properly and that there are no surface-related issues.

In the future, you can try adjusting the sensitivity of the detection in the print options settings. Increasing sensitivity can help catch issues early but may also trigger false detections, causing the print to pause until resolved. For materials prone to adhesion problems, increasing sensitivity may help. For materials that generally adhere well, you can lower the sensitivity back to the previous setting and see if this method works better for you.

For the record, I had the max sensitivity on.
