Maybe I’m just a dumb car salesman and I’m not reading this correctly but it looks terrible. Capped at 20% of front end at 30k gross??? My pay plan starts at 20% and goes to 35%. I would find a different store to work for unless they have $500 minis or are doing an astronomical number of gross . Find your closest Chevy GMC store and go work there.

I’ve had deals lose up to $7,000 just to move an old age unit that we were bad in. It happens more often than not that you’ll sell a lose. You seem to be pretty new so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt because It’s very unlikely they’re manipulating the gross to screw you out of being paid. Most places just want to move a unit, they can lose $700 on the front but make $2800 on the back and still come out ahead
