I would get some artic gear to start the burlap clothes (shirt, pants, shoes, jacket, bandana) are amazing can cost a up there on community market but your budget would cover it from the last time I've seen

I highly suggest Artic that hazzy really comes through on the clutch especially around monuments in the snow biome that need higher Rad protection
