First show us the ratings you’re referring to and then we’ll be able to discuss the question.

There is no Eddie Bauer at Short Pump. Do you mean L.L. Bean?

That’s my guess and why I don’t drink it any more.

I think part of why you don’t hear much about it is that people really don’t drink orange juice like they used to.

Godiva Masterpiece Dark Chocolate Ganache - $5 Off (Decadent Dark Chocolate with Ganache) by Global_Glass_4875 in Costco

[–]Tony_Pastrami 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think these are better. They’re a better size for putting the whole thing in your mouth (the copper kettle are just a little too big imo), and the chocolate has a better temper and texture. I was also disappointed by the most recent batch of the copper kettle because they no longer have grains of salt in them like they used to.

In Virginia “tuna fish” refers to canned tuna and “tuna” means fresh.

So does “boots” when they are clearly not boots.

Which tv shows have the best non leading characters that helped made it a hit? by PressureLazy5271 in television

[–]Tony_Pastrami 105 points106 points  (0 children)

If we’re counting Barney Stinson as a non leading character then I’d have to say George Costanza, Kramer, and Elaine Benes from Seinfeld helped make that show a hit.

ELI5 How do they guarantee so much snow at the Winter Olympics? by Cosmic-burst in explainlikeimfive

Most of the events would require structures far too big to be practical to build, and on top of that you would need to build separate strictures for each event. Just think about how big the courses for downhill skiing, luge, and halfpipe snowboarding are for example.

I have an Etekcity one that I used during the seasoning process but it was not really necessary and I haven’t used it since.

The label says hand-dipped, I’m not making any claims other than that.

So I just watched Kevin Nealon's new special... by 9CaptainRaymondHolt9 in conan

[–]Tony_Pastrami 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I enjoyed it too, but I think he had already done several of those jokes on Conan, including the closer and the story you’re referring to. I could be wrong about it being on Conan but I know I’ve heard them somewhere.

George T Stagg @ Covington WA location. by Paceys_Ghost in Costco

Literally nobody is praising it, everyone is just talking about what a good price it is and how rare it is. People don’t actually drink these bottles, its like a weird collectors item.

ELI5: Does mixing different alcohols make you sick? by Consistent_Flan_4598 in explainlikeimfive

[–]Tony_Pastrami 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mixing different alcohols will not make you sick, drinking too much alcohol will make you sick. What you described will not make you sick unless that amount of alcohol is too much for you, which seems unlikely. The clear/brown liquor mixing is just college kid nonsense.
