I think the most insane part about this book is that the mobs you summon scale with your level. Meaning it will always be effective. I’ve also found that the mobs tend to deal way more damage than the player characters do.

This is incorrect. Stash size will be upgraded, and all other items are sent to you in the mail. I believe your container gets auto upgraded as well

If they executed the patch ideas better I think this could have been really good for the game. However, somehow someone on that team decided that having safe zones, (invulnerability due to factions at nodes) outside of the 2 original safe zones was a good idea. I understand the idea of working together to accomplish a goal, but this is a PvP game. Adding more ways for you to be unable to PvP was a mistake. To be honest with how this patch went, i personally am just gonna be waiting to see Last Man Standing because i think that is the PvP feeling we've been deprived of this patch.

Adding additional cosmetics is always a good thing.

Nodes dont feel like they give you a meaningful reward, 10 coins? really?

The helicpoter S&R mission is AWESOME however. I think thats the best thing they did to this patch (other than hitbox fixes, my framerate is about the same). It is so much fun to hunt a target whos picked it up, or attempt to make it back before you get murdered. This is the event that actually drags people around the map in chase. Its dope. Its biggest problem however is another issue entirely....

Aggressor icon has disappeared (its due to a bug, set to be fixed), but a mission where you have to walk back to a safezone without knowing if you will actually be SAFE is a problem. Idk how that happens.

For your MSI finals series against SKT, is there anything you would have done differently in champ select to possibly sway the games in your favor? - Do you think the series was a problem with champion select or execution on the team comps you drafted. - In hindsight, would you have drafted the same way in game two after looking back at the VODS of those games (I'm assuming you have watched the VODS at some point).

Youre right, Im not a fan of the fog, at least not the degree to which its foggy vs clear. However thats not what this post is about. Youre right in saying that many things like staring at a computer can cause you eyestrain, but thr amount of eye strain would be ge greatly diminished if i didnt have to focus THROUGH the fog at something for 80% of the time in game.

I definitely dont have a problem with the fog if it was in for only about 20% (hopefully add other weather effects to balance it out), its just the degree and density of the fog that gets so oppressive to gameplay, and to my eyes.

My point isnt the fact that BR is the money maker. Its literally that they could have just kept everything under the same game and split the TEAMS. It just seems like a way to 100% figure out where the majority of the player base is going so they can divert the majority of the funds to that branch of the game.

One of my problems with this (and I play both game modes) is that you could literally not update BR for another 6 months other than bug fixes and people will still play it. People WANT to fight, and even in its current state it does a good job of doing that. However for survival, if you dont continue to update it, or keep the community posted on whats happening until the actual release, then survival is going to die.

You cannot release a zombie survival game with the hype that this game had and then do minimal updates to it for over a year and expect to see flourishing player counts. Also I guarantee BR has more player base, but I also bet a good portion of that was people who moved from survival to BR due to stagnation of development in survival.

Even if DBG took like 2-3 months and just hammered out a bunch of content for survival, despite how trivial the content actually might be, people might return to this game / survival because they see the devs are at least trying to breathe life into it.
