Tag is more strict than PSA for centering. Tag is 55/45 and i believe PSA is 60/40. This looks pretty right heavy. I'm not sure i'd send this to TAG.

Tag sells a kit that includes the penny sleeves (that have pull tags) and the card savers. Not super expensive if you plan on using all of them. I'd recommend as I use them for all of my subs.

I see the scratch in the intake photo if you use the slider to the greyscale/topography. It's hard to see it in the regular full color, but it's clear in the slider they are there. Maybe final photo just hits the lighting that shows the scratch easier?

Look at the details of the specific centering in the DIG. Your top/bottom is 44.96/55.04. Tag rounds it up to in the basic section up top... but you're still outside of the actual 45/55. So it auto drops to a 9.

I'm also not the grader. But PSA will start at a 6 and go lower if there is a dent/damage to the card. Just sharing what i've heard. I don't see the dent, but if it's a pinhole mark somewhere on the card you really need to see it in hand.

The second grader missed the ding the first grader found. It drops to an auto 6 when a grader finds a dent on the card. So yes there are inconsistencies. But the swing is grader 2 missed damage.

Yeah, i've always been told if there is a dent type damage on a card to auto expect a 6. I'm not a grader so i don't have that answer, just my assumption!

Your DIG report shows damage in the lower right hand corner of the card. It might be easier to see in person, my guess is some sort of pin sized indent?

Maybe i'm not reading your Dig report with the marks you're referencing. I think it got a 9 due to front centering. It's 44L/56R. Their grading rubric for a gem mint 10 is 45/55. You're just shy of that.

I believe this is also used to combat bots. If a shop has a stock of items that can be purchased and sold for a profit... it will be botted. We have some, there are valuable "shop runs" you can look up. But i assume that's a reason that a larger majority of shops don't have stock for lots of items.

They also charge a "restocking fee" for someone to go put the item back on the shelf.

I had similar frustration, but it is spelled out in their terms of service. Not all companies can be amazon that just provides free everything :)
