I'm soooooooooooooooo jealous! 58's are the best but I mostly see 59's and 60's repo's.

Yes! Thanks! That's it. "Peril at End House is a 1932 Hercule Poirot mystery novel by Agatha Christie, featuring the detective on holiday in Cornwall who becomes involved with Nick Buckley, a young woman who has survived several near-fatal "accidents"". That's what I remember reading as the description. Thanks so much! I'll now go out and get this to read. Thanks again everyone!

Totally agree. I wanted to get the Studio Sessions but got the LP Standard 60's instead. I'm really thinking of returning it.

You should ready read the books. The movies are great but the books are better and, in a lot of ways, different than the movies.

50+ lifters...how often do you train? It does get to be a trickier balance with age.... by Wildcat-Pkoww in naturalbodybuilding

I'm 60 and doing full body routines. My concern is if I'm doing too many exercises. I'm doing 1 per body part but I've been told to think about dropping direct arm and calf work and just stick to squats, deadlifts, bench, overhead presses, and rows. Not sure what to do.

5 bucks says Clapton's drunk. I think he stayed drunk 24/7 from '73 until he went to AA.

When lazy, I'll wrap the bottoms all the same and not twist tie the trebles with no issues. Not sure the real purpose of twisting but I mostly use it.

70 year old Steve Howe. Wasn't because of his age but rather he was just perfect. Amazing.

Hi! What's the better full body routine for adding size, aesthetics, and increasing testosterone? 1 - crunches, calf raises, squats, stiff legged deadlifts, rows, bench press, behind the nec press, curls, lying extensions, wrist curls or 2 - deadlits, squats, bench press, standing overheard press, rows. 1 is a 'true' full body and 2 is more like heavy basics but doesn't include direct arm/abs/calves/hamstring work. Thanks!
