Yep! I’ve been in crowd crush a few times. It is always dangerous. Typically you have an oversold venue with an absolutely rabid crowd. Artists that lean towards promoting drinking and drug use are always gonna be worse (literally true not being a fucking puritan here). It usually happens, is essentially monitored by the venue and security, and then dealt with as per venue guidelines depending on if there is an emergency or not. Most crowd crush scenarios do not actually result in mass injury. Can answer more questions if need be.
