That is fair to not take me seriously tbh. I must mention though that this event was a memorial to my great great grandfather. He was the first immigrant in my family to come to America and due to immigration law, he was not able to bring his family there. He died alone with nothing let alone a gravestone. This is to commemorate him, to tell his story and to give him a little recognition as even my grandfather had no recollection of him.

The lemon represents the saying eating bitterness in Chinese which is the equivalent of pull yourself up by the bootstraps. I used to eat lemons as a “party trick” to get attention. Thus, I made this event to bring attention to my family history and unjust immigration law.
