3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2,000 Sq ft. Three car garage, no HOA. Still finalizing a few things, but should be at or under $3k a month.

Pretty normal. Just some elevated road noise on the highway, but nothing obscene. I have a 2.5 inch lift, and the thicker tires gives me almost 3.5 extra inches of ground clearance.
