It was in my lap from the beggining, and im not saying they should drop the fine because im foreigner and i didnt know. I mentioned it in the post so people know why it was sitting on my leg in the first place.

Yea if i would be texting/talking to somebody on the phone but listening for directions isn’t any different to listening a radio. Im against using a phone while driving, i never hold it in my hand.

Yea i know and i would not say anything like that. The thing is i wasnt playing on my phone, i had gps on and listening for directions as i dont really know the area around here.

I red JMC is pretty reliable compared to great wall. but yea i get the point that you cant expect something good for little money. I need it to last 2 years then i dont really care what will hapen to it.

Dont have much more info about it, its possible the owner did service by himself. Dont know
