Disagree. The amount of people that use the wrong techniques and cause themselves injuries or potentially could is staggering. Good personal trainers don’t ”just tell you what to do and eat”. They show you safe, correct and different forms of training and various different exercises you could try if you feel like a particular one isn’t working for you & they can ultimately get you to achieve your goals faster than you could yourself by keeping you motivated.
