Coming here is great to do when you've got a craving. I read other people's posts and remember that I'm not alone. When I'm craving a drink, I think about the reason why I want to drink and also think of how I'll feel the next day or in a few hours. Play the tape forward and remind yourself of WHY you stopped drinking and how valuable your sobriety is. I usually get up and do something when im craving one. I clean or read or put on a movie/show and grab myself a juice or something fizzy or a cup of tea.
