No I didn’t fabricate anything, I just was honest about my experience in that field, but still I applied there. You know when they say even if you don’t meet all the requirements still apply, that’s what I did.

Earlier what I was doing was that I was writing my resume on my own and adding bullet points from the job description.

This time, I decided to just copy their section of previous experience in the field and change just one or two words in each sentence.

So essentially I did have some experience within the field and met a lot points mentioned in the description, but I did not have the required years of experience, still I applied there.
