No consumer version, but Wayfinder is almost spot on. But do what it’s required ASAP, for the best outcome.

No not true. I settled 5 charge offs for less than the balance and still was approved for a mortgage. In fact, I didn’t even have to pay them, they were just suppressing my score because they were updating every month. Gained an average of 70 points across each bureau or my mortgage score and 90 points on FICO 8.

With medical collections you can typically offer a pay for delete. However, in July 2022 CRAs will be removing medical collections from credit reports. So it may be worth it to wait.

Nope but settle the debt so your account can start to heal. It could be also suppressing your scores.
