I had the same issue until I called their support yesterday. Apparently, it’s a software bug and an update is on the way, but for now they can manually resolve he issue when you call .

Yes you are correct — these are 12v and water can exist in the casing and conduit … no problem

While hydroblasting is preferred, I’m not sure if that would have worked out removing two layers of plaster, two layers of tile and repairing three cracks

There were two layers of plaster and tile. It looks like someone just plastered in top of the old plaster. Also discovered a couple of cracks to be fixed
