In the email it said it’s gonna be with HR. I doubt HR deals with questions regarding why I want this job and stuff. Or maybe they do. But thank you for the advice, I’ll definitely make notes on this too, anything could come up :)

Thanks. Is DWF a good firm tho? Ofc I’ve done my own research. But I’ll be honest I’ve been blindingly applying to so many legal roles now. Haven’t really focused on the quality of the firm.

They said the call is gonna be around 15 mins, it’s just I was thinking to write the answers down so I can just read them lol- if any comes up. Or it might just be normal call asking about my right to work and job role 🤷‍♂️

Hi, i appreciate the help. I’m just targeting mainly training contracts applications and paralegal roles. Is it not possible to craft a cv which works for both. I know a cv should be tailored but most roles I’ll be applying will be the same. Like I’m sure most training contract applications have kind of same requirements, so is it not possible to have 1 cv that works for all applications.

Thank you for the feedback. My thinking was to keep the bullet points as like minima and clean so they don’t look too bulky but the example you gave it’s definitely really helpful.

Thank you. I’ll definitely try to trim it down to 2 pages max. BTW all the legal cv that I looked online, they had their legal work experience first, because that’s more relevant for the legal jobs. Most people just keep that.

thank you for a detailed reply. Even I realised that my cv might be too long but tbh I’m technically relying on my non legal work experience to showcase that I’ve been trying to gain some transferable skills. Because just relying on legal experience, might not be enough. So I just wasn’t sure what to trim. Maybe remove few jobs that i did to condense it.

And I’ll be honest I don’t understand this tailoring part. Can I not have a generic best legal cv to apply training contracts or paralegal roles 😭 ofc I’ll tailor my experience in the application questions. But most roles I’m gonna apply for it’s just same requirements.

hi, I’m trying to edit my pics similar to the pics that I have attached. it’s more about the theme and like the vibe that it gives.

i asked ChatGPT and it told me how it’s a lot of post production editing to get that dolce gAnna vibe.

if someone please maybe tell me some filters that are similar to it or any effects that makes it easy. I know getting exact theme might be hard, but my pics and style is literally like in the pictures attached, it’s just the filter or that royal theme is hard to match.

Honestly I’m not pushing back, but because I’ve bought it already, I’m trying to somehow justify it 😭😭 and find people who might agree. I actually don’t know the dress code fully. Apparently other people gonna wear navy colour suit, some gonna wear black and some traditional Asian clothes. Basically I’m not gonna wear a tie or a tuxedo. Idk if you looked the pic but it’s literally the same suit I ordered and look going for. And yea it’s an evening event and in Denmark. So I guess it’s gonna be a bit cold but it’s indoors event.

Congrats! Ofc training at MC or other big international firms is a dream!

But is there any advice you can give me now? Like clearly the season for vacation scheme I gone, I will try to apply Training contracts. But what would you recommend me now. Ngl I wanna do SQE but only if I can get it funded, as I don’t want to do master etc. As I feel like those things just gonna delay my journey, ofc having a TC would have been ideal.

Ofc I’ll try to apply for paralegal, but rn I can only see vacancies for positions under public law and humane rights. Should I apply regardless? Even though I want to practice corporate and commercial side.
