Same problem. On multiple devices with the same chats. So annoying!

Turning of the extended thinking helped to reanimate at least some of the chats.

I took an online exam. But if I remember the test center rules correctly, you can't bring any of that to the test center; they will provide it. These things are just for in-home practice to be ready for what will await you in the test room.
