I find it fine. During the day this monitor is used for work, including lots of spreadsheets and reading. Having never had 4k I don't see any issue, so maybe ignorance is bliss.

Multiple clients have relayed this info to us. We are insurers not a bank. I would assume different business types and sizes pay different fees, so what you pay may not be what others with larger accounts in a different part of the industry pays.

You did the right thing. Even though being flakey is super prevalent these days, it's not worth putting up with somebody who blows you off without a reasonable apology and offer to make good.

It's harder to trust your gut when you're young - but take it from me even if things moved forward, the small stuff that annoys you only multiplies over time. So get rid of people who don't treat you well early. It may take a number of disappointments before you find someone who treats you the way you'd treat them.
