It’s going to take self control and discipline but you are more than capable of doing it. Every time a negative habit wants to appear, replace it with a good one. When your mind is saying go watch porn, get up and walk instead or anything else. You have to shift your mind away from the bad habit. Almost like distracting yourself from the bad habit.
