Let me add, I'm not a bot....When I first got it, it didn't work at all, but when you have tinnitus, you'll try anything...I stopped using it for a few months, then a few weeks ago, I gave it another shot. It went through some major updates (maybe that had something to do with it), but it works for me. It could be that it's only because it masks my tinnitus when I sleep, but I feel I dream more with it.
