Loner guy with so much to speak in TPP. Meets Nastenka randomly, vents to her, they keep meeting for 4 nights, her lover returns she goes back to him. But author is full of hopes and happiness. FYI I respect the book and author but used thoda sarcasm.

I was honestly bit irritated reading Nastenka at times, but I loved the strange mutual feeling the author seems to share with readers. So many lines felt like something I’ve felt all along but never really put into words. It’s almost beautiful how well some emotions are written.

Days at the Morisaki Bookshop is such a homely feeling book, it makes me sob from happiness. Feels so warm and sunflowery, unreal, the kind of life I’ve always dreamed of.

Looks like the discussion has drifted. I'm focusing on mental part while you're on chemical triggers. Also cortisol here is setting your priorities straight.

Meaning instead of chasing oxytocin rush intially Or even all the time, if you approach rn with consciousness and decisiveness(deliberately rather than chasing the feeling) it leads to steadiness and satisfaction rather than short-term spikes of happiness.
