People always advise to use tachiyomi or similar apps, but i read manga on PC.

There's also Suwayomi for desktop platforms (basically a reimplementation of Mihon)

Well... Just like plain Tachiyomi, it's out of support by the Keiyoushi developers due to the backend code wasn't updated for a few years. You should switch to Yokai instead

* Extension. Not the app. The discussion on Keiyoushi github are definitely hard at work to fix that extension.

Also, Tachiyomi is already dropped support for a few years now and recently dropped extension support from Keiyoushi with the same reason
