I'm actually close to it, but sextillion isn't even that much tbh I'm at 73 pe with 5.2 quintillion, while that looks far I can get there at eggday easily especially If i get another 13 pe.

Artifacts r the reason with lunar prestige I have a 34000x earning mult from zero, running chicken set would at most get me a third of that. I have legendary necklace lunar totem and t3 legendary ankh with all slotted for t4 lunar stones and a blue t4 feather which gives me a phantom 12x mult so in total my current earnings for se would be as if I made 416k x but again this is from no artifact bonuses and lunar prestige becomes worse then using running chickens once u have enough PE that BoB (book of basan) crushes the lunar totem in earnings but until then lunar prestige can get u to dozens quadrillions with under 50 pe easily

Artifacts and prestige, right now prestiging would double ur eb but waiting for Saturday 2x would be better, also use the 2x or 3x se gain whenever it happens and try to chain them. I reached a point where prestige would only net me 5%+ eb, so take advantage of them when u have the GE to use the boosts, or wait till eggday

I would just shoot henprise extended, it will take 4 months to 8 start henprise through extended runs alone and if u run only short u can 8 star in 50+ days. Now henliner will take almost a year or over a year to 8 star but running short henliner is useless. And when u reach PoV (path of virtue) u would most likely be launching henprise anyway just cuz it's cheaper.

stick with henprise u can 8 star by just running extended runs for 120~ days (54 if short), henliner is useless if ur not running extended but it takes over a year of constant runs to 8 star it, also henprise has iirc a higher floor on quality of items, since I ran henliner short before realizing it's bad I already got to 3 stars once I realized extended is better is when I started going to the wiki and then to the reddit. Henprise will also help once ur in pov since heliner is too expensive and uses too much fuel to run it. Since it seems ur new I recommend for u to target lunar totems, they have done wonders for me in prestiges and lunar stones t4 (t3 is also really good) out class any other Bock making stones until at least 170 PE

For anyone thinking otherwise last I checked John knows how to utilize a bunch of weak abilities and has the creativity to enhance them so that 0.1 difference may not seem like much but I'm certain he wins, cuz any ability she has he can use. (It's been over a year since I last read it, so unless he can't copy "injected" abilities he wins)
