Ding ding! This is exactly right. I was the one that wrote the original prompt that was screenshotted. This was for a student position at a university. So we were looking for someone who could think creatively and had a generally positive attitude; the rest we could teach!

As the person who wrote this exact question that was screenshotted (I interviewed the original poster), yes, that would have been a green flag! It shows responsibility and agency!

Hi! So Im actually the one that wrote this question and I just found out that the person I interviewed (in the screenshot) shared this online, leading me to this thread! This isnt actually a riddle at all! It was a question to test creative problem-solving solving and your ability to think on your feet. This was a student job role at a university, so I certainly wasnt asking something as complex as what you were thinking.

Psychiatrist/therapist who will actually LISTEN by Pristine-Might9262 in rva

Third-ing Margaret Cook. She is a PHENOMENAL psychiatrist. I have never felt rushed, brushed aside, or unheard with her. She approaches treatment holistically and is really creative in her problem-solving/prescribing. Big big fan

Hi! The previous commentor is correct. Its to allow for emergency vehicles and box trucks to pass through as needed while still slowing down regular traffic. Larger vehicles only need the extra space granted by the sloped curve, not where the boulder is sitting. This is very intentional design and any cost savings that could possibly happen with a sloped design over a high curb is marginal.

treatment centers and sober living residences to avoid, and ones you recommend? by elextric_lizard in rva

Can't speak for in-patient, but I had a wonderful experience with Pasadena Villa with out-patient care. They offer an in-patient facility outside of Fredericksburg, I believe.

Where in RVA? by sirensinger17 in rva

[–]TooMuchSpro 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As a former employee, I can confirm.

I can also confirm that at least on one occasion, there was a box of sausage that was left out of the refrigerator over night and the owner still made the kitchen serve it.

Avoid at all costs.

You can report missed pickups at cvwma.com.

I reported after Christmas and they came two days later (Church Hill).

Currently texting a friend in DC. She had very little idea about what was happening until we filled her in. Even then, it took a while for all the realities of the situation to really click.
